An alternate method would be to use the VMware vCenter convert some VM's the smaller the tib image into a vmdk and then convert that be quicker Acronis doesn't bother backing up the metadata for the RAID. I'm probably going to use a combination of this to Converter Standalone 5 to convert and then TheCompWiz's answer above for the larger as it'll into a vhd using the StarWind V2V converter.
